This will be the main reason for NOW, for orders not running off. I appreciate that the team should get this right but there will always be fails if humans are involved.

Sorry should have said the source coded disappears from the sales order when its archived.
I needed it today (23.10.25) because a customer was making a claim and wanted a refund because they said we booked out wrong and I couldnt check what the source was.

This was submitted by Dionne but there is no date showing the day she submitted it? Is this a feature you can add so we can see the timelines of suggested ideas? Do you know how/if we have put this into action yet?
